2. Orders and Payment

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into binding contracts. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in pricing or product description, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. Prices on our website are in USD$ and exclude taxes, shipping, or other applicable fees.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We offer shipping within the United States and internationally. Shipping times and costs may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. We will make every effort to ensure timely delivery, but we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

4. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the custom nature of many 3D printed products, we have a specific return and refund policy:

4.1 Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of your product.
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• Custom or personalized 3D prints are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

4.2 Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
• In the case of a defective or damaged product, we will offer either a full refund or replacement at no additional charge.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

4.3 Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 10 days of receipt. We may request photographic evidence of the defect. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.

5. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours after placement, provided the product has not yet been processed or shipped. After this time, cancellations may not be possible.
